Every item we sell is carefully inspected before shipping. If you are not satisfied though with the goods delivered or you just changed your mind, you can return the goods back to us within ten days of their delivery to you.
In order to return your goods, you have to follow the steps below;
Once you have completed the steps, you will receive an e-mail with the return details and the documents that are required.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse facilities, so make sure they are packed up properly and cannot be damaged on the way! As soon as we receive your return back, all goods will be inspected thoroughly by our staff. All items returned must have their labels and composition tags on. We will then proceed to the refund of the price you purchased your item(s) at. This includes only the selling price of each item. Note that replacements are not possible!
Note that transportation for returning items back to our warehouse is at your own cost.
If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity: e.g. we suspect someone is actually ordering and returning loads –way more than even the most loyal PRISMA customer would order- or the items returned do not match what you have already ordered, then we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we have made a mistake, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Care department. Keep in mind that we reserve the right to take legal action against you, if the items returned do not match what you ordered.
